- Retention: Conversation data is retained for the duration of your account. Guest session data is automatically deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the PDPA and applicable laws, you have the right to:
