Welcome to AskAustin ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at ask-austin.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service does NOT:

  • Execute, facilitate, or recommend any cryptocurrency trades
  • Custody, hold, or manage any user funds or digital assets
  • Provide fiat-to-cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency exchange services
  • Provide personalized financial advice tailored to your individual financial situation

4. Beta Disclaimer

AskAustin is currently in Beta phase. During this phase:

  • The Service may contain bugs, errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete features.
  • Data presented may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
  • Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
  • No guarantee is made regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service.

You understand and agree that your use of a Beta service is at your own risk.

ALL content, analysis, reports, charts, indicators, and any other information generated by AskAustin — whether produced by AI agents, derived from data sources, or displayed on dashboards — are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice.
  • We do not recommend any specific cryptocurrency, trading strategy, or investment decision.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated reports, and software — are the exclusive property of AskAustin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
